Ross Guieb leads strategic partnerships for the Texas A&M University System’s Bush Combat Development Complex, connecting the Department of Defense, academia, and industry to accelerate defense technologies. A retired U.S. Army colonel with 29 years of service, he helped establish Army Futures Command and advance Army modernization. His awards include the Distinguished Service Medal and three Bronze Stars.

Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES)

Commissioned as a Transportation Officer in 2010, Lieutenant Colonel Darryl D. Barnett II brings experience in tactical transportation, operational sustainment, executive leadership, and enterprise supply chain management. At AAFES, he leads joint-service military clothing programs supporting the Army, Air Force, and Space Force. His work centers on strengthening the final mile of the defense supply chain to deliver readiness at the point of need.

842nd Transportation Battalion, ARTRANS

LTC Dezerie Jemmott commands the 842nd Transportation Battalion in Beaumont, Texas. A Quartermaster Corps officer commissioned in 2007, she has held logistics and sustainment leadership roles across the Army, including the Joint Staff J-4, Headquarters, Department of the Army G-4, and the 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command. Her deployments include Iraq and Afghanistan, and her awards include two Bronze Star Medals.

Battalion Commander, 

Army Field Support Battalion–Hood

LTC Walter E. Kruse commands the 407th Army Field Support Battalion–Hood, providing sustainment support at Fort Hood. Before assuming command in 2025, he served as Chief of Plans for III Armored Corps G5. A Quartermaster officer commissioned in 2007, his operational assignments include support and command roles in Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, and South Korea.

Movement Integration Chief, 

III Armored Corps  

MAJ Jonathan Allison is the Movement Integration Chief for the III Armored Corps Transportation Office, where he synchronizes movement support for deployments, operational rotations, training center rotations, and global missions. He coordinates transportation requirements across Corps formations and six installations with partners including USTRANSCOM, ARTRANS, port authorities, the U.S. Coast Guard, and Headquarters, Department of the Army.

Chief, Innovations, 

13th Armored Corps Sustainment Command

LTC R. Bryan Alexander serves as Chief of Innovations for the 13th Armored Corps Sustainment Command. Previously, he commanded the 61st Quartermaster Battalion, leading Soldiers responsible for bulk-fuel and water-distribution capabilities that support readiness and maneuver in large-scale operations. His leadership brings a practical sustainment perspective to innovation across the Corps.

Port of Corpus Christi

At the Port of Corpus Christi, Kyle Hogan oversees Engineering Services, Port Operations, Safety, and Port Security. He previously commanded Corpus Christi Army Depot, the world’s largest rotor-wing remanufacturing facility, supporting global U.S. Army helicopter readiness. His three decades of military service included 15 years with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne), the “Night Stalkers.”

Gary L. Glick brings more than four decades of Army and civilian service in transportation and deployment operations. Prior to retiring in June 2026, he served as Fort Hood’s Unit Movement Branch Chief, overseeing airfield, freight, line-haul, rail, container management, and unit-deployment planning. His career includes deployments supporting Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Kuwait, and Iraq.
